How to Use

Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. 

Take an appropriate amount of the shampoo and apply it to the scalp first, then hair.

Massage gently into the scalp for about 1-2 minutes so that it can work on cleansing, exfoliating and stimulating. Some instructions say leave on 2-3 minutes. 

Rinse thoroughly. You may follow with your usual conditioner (especially on hair lengths) if desired.
